slow but steady

emmm...it sound gud...bd 2 but it hard 2 practise it..

everymorning after wake up, straight 2 bathroom...gosok gg n cuci muka n take tea. mmg tiap2 pg dah blh buat dah n after that msk toilet again...alhamdulillah, dah blh jd rutin tp mslh dgn shake ni...x blh jd rutin lg.

kelmarin pon, minum tea but mkn kuih..maybe x blh ambil mknan kot, mean that just take shake...sbb dah x rs mcm hr 1st dulu...but today i try not 2 eat...evendo, i ate a sardin guglung cou my troat feel loya after drink tea..y r??

melvin pon da lm x msj me...hopefully, he didnt join us in health n slim camp this 18th...didnt change anything...

hr ni edit my blog again...i add music, aduhai puteriku sayang..sbnarnyer mcm x sesuai dah lagu 2 at this age kn...tukar la nnt.

so many thing we share n she also share her personal life; about fatty, illness, carier n people...her mum also take HL...amazingly, she getti better now, dulu her weight worse than me..im a lucky woman cou i met Melvin in flight...if not, i dont know myself...

perubahan 2 perlukan kesabaran

as salam...starting today must change salam to as salam...x ingt dah naper, but it gud 2 change...'

mkn karipap n grg pise n kepat pise

naper ek asyik rs lapar jer after ambil HL ni...tp ok la cou nafsu tuk mkn blh d kawal lg...seksa jg rs gni...blh ko btahan niiii
melvin asyik tya sj, mngmbil berat sggh dia, btuah wife dia..
perubahan +ve nyer x rs mngntuk pon waktu siang...biasanya sll ngntuk, nak2 time hujan lani lg2 lah ngntuk...tp dgn HL x ngntuk pla...tp lapar sokmo lah.. geram hr hr ni, lapar sgt...make tu gak pise grg, pah 1-1 amk make...x leh jd ni, mujur nyo mari pk smula cpt2 2 gak bhnti...kalu ikut nafsu make mmg seme abih kalih..hiii...hii, sabar3x fatihah...nk kuruh kn sabar bykkk
